Your platform should not depend
on one person.
We take over the operation of your Splunk environment as an ongoing service, with a team behind it instead of one specialist. Upgrades, capacity, data flows and follow-up sit with us; you keep control over what the platform should deliver. In many organisations Splunk currently stands or falls with one colleague, that is the risk this removes.
Keeping business-critical platforms reliable, secure and usable.
We help organisations keep business-critical data and observability platforms in good shape. We bring ownership, process and specialist Splunk expertise together in a managed service that strengthens continuity, insight and proof.
- Availability and continuity, actively monitored for health, performance, capacity and disruption.
- Demonstrable control, audit data, changes and access traceable and reportable.
- Less operational pressure, less time on upkeep and evidence gathering.
- Reliable data, connected, monitored and normalised in a structured way.
- Continuous improvement, new use cases from a mature service model.
Seven layers, one conversation.
Each layer builds on the previous one, but nothing is mandatory. Click a layer to see what sits underneath it.
Most customers start at layer 3 or 4, because that is where relief comes fastest. Where you start depends on what is going wrong now, not on where the model begins.
Hosted or remote, single or multi tenant.
Hosted Splunk: we manage platform and infrastructure. Remote Management: we manage the platform, you manage the infrastructure.
Hosted Splunk.
We deliver and run the complete environment: Splunk platform, infrastructure, operating system, monitoring, maintenance and lifecycle management. You focus on using data and insight.

The infrastructure stays yours. We manage, optimise and support the Splunk platform, so you retain control while benefiting from specialist expertise.
Read more →Multi tenant.
Efficient, scalable and quick to onboard. Data, configuration and access rights stay logically separated within a shared technical base.
Read more →Single tenant.
A dedicated environment with maximum control, flexibility and customisation, for organisations with specific governance, security or architecture requirements.

The exact arrangements are recorded in the service agreement: service windows, response times, review frequency, reporting and escalation.

Not because you cannot do it yourself.
Most teams can. They simply never get to it, because the work that is burning today always beats the work that will burn tomorrow.
- Upgrades and patches happen, even in a busy week
- Data flows are watched, so you hear it from us and not from a user
- Knowledge lives in documentation, not in one colleague’s head
- One point of contact, also when the problem sits between two parties
- Your own people get to do the work they were hired for
With a health check, not a quote .
Five days, fixed price. You get a report with findings and an order of priority, even if it turns out you do not need us.
More about the health checkWhat customers usually want to know first.
Will you simply take over an existing environment?
No. Every handover starts with a five-day health check. We do not manage an environment we do not know. That only produces surprises, for both of us.
What happens to our own administrators?
They usually stay the owners and the decision makers. We add capacity or specialist knowledge where it is missing. In the lower layers we strengthen the team, in the higher layers we take work over.
Do you also run a 24/7 SOC?
No, we are supporting. We build and manage the SIEM and the detection logic, so a SOC analyst spends their time on detection and operations instead of on the platform. Your MDR and 24/7 SOC can run on our environment: your own SOC, or one run by a partner. If you do not one, we put you in touch with parties we work with. We are not tied to a single one.
What does it cost?
That depends on size, service window and service level. We only quote after a health check, so the price rests on facts rather than assumptions.
Can we move up to a higher layer later?
Yes, and that is the idea. There is no new onboarding in between: we already know the environment.
What breaks if one person is away for a week?.
That is usually the most honest test. Bring the answer to a one-hour conversation.
